THE EVENT WILL OPEN THE GATES AT 12PM MID DAY FRIDAY 8TH MAY.
YOU WILL BE ABLE TO ARRIVE AND SET UP CAMPING FROM 8AM ON THE FRIDAY. THE FESTIVAL WILL CLOSE AT 6AM ON MONDAY 11TH
We are accepting applications for foodtraders and market stalls,
WE WILL LOOK AT THESE AND CONTACT YOU DIRECTLY AT THE END OF JANUARY ONCE WE HAVE ALLOCATED THE SPACE AVAILABLE.
FOOD TRADER MARKET STALLWe are already a large collection of crews on this occasion and our aim is to be able to share all responsibilities of the festival between us. But, depending on your skills and experience we may require additional people to help us with different roles before, during and after the festival. You can fill out the form here and we will store your information and skills. If your input is requested you will gain free entry to the festival and a hot meal on the days that you do a shift
Write to volunteerThe closest large town to the festival is Cuidad Real. As there is limited parking available we encourage lift shares where possible. We have set up a group on facebook where you can request and offer lifts to and from the festival.
DEPART FROM MADRID AIRPORT AND DROP OFF AT KOMMUNITY FAYRE FRIDAY 8TH MAY - RETURN FROM KOMMUNITY FAYRE AND DROP OFF AT MADRID AIRPORT 11TH MAY.
Spaces are limited. We will only be able to accommodate a fixed number of large Live-In Vehicles.
Parking Passes are 20€ for Live in Vehicles and 10€ for cars and small campers.
You will be able to add your vehicle passes when you purchase your tickets.
The Festival Site prohibits glass - so please keep any glass bottles strictly in the camping and parking areas.
NO DOGS OR OTHER ANIMALS ON FESTIVAL SITE.
IF YOU BRING YOUR YOUNG CHILDREN THEY MUST BE ACCOMPANIED AT ALL TIMES.
